Satisfaction Assurance
Kandahar Treasure stands behind the quality and uniqueness of all products. Each Kandahar Treasure product is distinctively handcrafted by one of our artisan families in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Due to the unique combination of individual technique, process and use of raw materials, color and size may vary. We are confident that the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

Kandahar Treasure is NOT yet a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and therefore unable to accept tax-deductible contributions. Any donation to the organization, beyond the cost of a product, is 100% invested in our programs and infrastructure.

Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by size and weight of the product purchased. Shipments are made via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified by the client. Lost or Stolen Packages
Kandahar Treasure is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages, if FedEx verifies delivery of the package to the shipping address specified by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact:

before shipping your product(s) back to us. Return orders will be accepted for exchange or company credit within 30 business days of you receiving your order.

Please note that the customer will incur all shipment costs in connection with any order and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 business days for Kandahar Treasure to receive your return and process your request. If the item was a gift, a credit (good for use at any time) will be issued.

Damaged Items
Damaged or defective goods should be reported to Kandahar Treasure within 3 business days of receipt. Please do not ship damaged products back to Kandahar Treasure unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped a replacement product once the damaged product has been returned and examined. Kandahar Treasure will credit round-trip shipping costs in connection with any order that arrives damaged.

Custom Orders
Except for damaged goods, custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact Kandahar Treasure within 3 business days of receipt of any damaged item. Kandahar Treasure cannot honor claims for damaged/defective custom or personalized merchandise after 3 business days of customer receipt.
